This course will provide students with the opportunity to learn about animal health, reproduction, production and management. It will focus on the animal health and reproduction of livestock (livestock include livestock production animals such as cattle, pigs, sheep and goats), poultry (livestock animals) and aquaculture (fish). The class will include lectures, discussions, readings, activities and assignments. Students are expected to keep a daily journal. No grading is provided for this course.
