and Ms. Ward purchased an additional two-year extended warranty on the machine through Major Appliances
Inc. When the machine broke in November 2022
Ms. Ward was too busy to deal with it right away. She finally got around to contacting Laundrolux
who told her to contact Major Appliances Inc. because the one-year Laundrolux manufacturer’s warranty had expired.
