the following general rules apply: Book titles – capitalise the first letter of the first word of the title

chapter or section titles – capitalise the first letter of the first word of the title
and the first letter of the first word after a colon. e.g. Personal resilience as a strategy for surviving and thriving in the face of workplace adversity: A literature review. Pronouns
